In general 3 main drops are used after cataract surgery.
Antibitioc drops: eg. Vigamox, Besivance, Moxeza, Zymaxid. These are usually prescribed 4 times a day for the the 1st week only.
Steroids: Prednisolone (4x/day), Lotemax or Durezol (2x/day).
Anti-inflammatory: Prolensa (once/day) or ketorolac (4x/day).
